1. General provisions
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Terav (the “Service”). By using the
Service, the user acknowledges that they have read and accepted these terms.
If a user does not agree with these terms, in whole or in part, they must discontinue
use of the Service.
2. Scope and intended use
Terav provides professional tools for: (a) clinical case chat support in veterinary
practice; and (b) recognition and interpretation of laboratory results from PDFs and
images.
The Service is intended solely for licensed veterinary professionals (individuals) aged
18 or older.
3. Professional autonomy
The Service is an informational and analytical aid and does not replace professional
clinical judgment. All diagnostic and treatment decisions remain solely with the user.
4. Account and access security
Registration via email may be required. Users must keep authentication credentials
confidential and promptly report any suspected unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable use
- The Service must not be used for unlawful purposes.
- Users must not attempt to bypass security measures or gain unauthorized access.

Users represent that they have lawful grounds to upload and process documents,
including laboratory data. -
Users are responsible for compliance with applicable data-protection and
confidentiality obligations.
6. Third-party providers
To operate the Service, we may use OpenAI, Anthropic, Namecheap, and Cloudflare R2.
Such usage is limited to service delivery, security, and support purposes.
7. Pricing
At this stage, no paid subscription plans are offered. If paid features are introduced,
relevant terms will be published in advance.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant
uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, or absolute accuracy of AI-generated
interpretations.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service owner is not liable for
indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability
to use, the Service.
10. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for breach of these terms, breach of applicable
law, or where required to protect Service security and integrity.
11. Amendments
These terms may be updated. The latest published version applies from its publication
date unless stated otherwise.
12. Dispute resolution
Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. Failing settlement,
disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia unless mandatory
law provides otherwise.
