FEATURES

Three Pillars of Sharper Diagnosis

Lab data, clinical case history, and up-to-date research — combined for more confident interpretation and differential diagnosis.

CHAT

AI Chat for Clinical Reasoning

Open a patient case, get an initial interpretation, and keep the conversation going with full context — history, lab results, and attachments included.

LAB RESULTS

Lab Result Interpretation

Attach a PDF or photo of a lab report — Terav reads the values, flags clinically significant abnormalities, and interprets them in context.

CASES

Full Case Context

Every case keeps a running record of patient history, lab results, and clinical reasoning — so you can pick up right where you left off.

HOW IT WORKS

From Case to Confident Answer

Three steps that fit right into your clinical workflow.

STEP 1

Open a Case

Enter patient details, complaints, and clinical context. Terav generates an initial case summary you can dive straight into.

STEP 2

Add Labs or Symptoms

Upload a PDF, a photo of a lab result, or simply describe the symptoms — Terav interprets it all within the case context.

STEP 3

Get a Structured Breakdown

Differentials, lab interpretation, and possible next steps — all backed by sources. The clinical decision stays with you.

WHEN IT HELPS

When Speed, Context,
and a Sharp Differential View Matter

For Everyday Appointments

When there's little time to work through a case, and you need to pull context and lab results into a clear picture fast.

For Complex, Unclear Cases

When symptoms don't add up, the differential list keeps growing, and you can't afford to miss a single key possibility.

For Working with Lab Data

When spotting an abnormality isn't enough — you need to understand what it actually means, and how it connects to the bigger picture.

Terav is purpose-built for veterinary practice. It helps you work through clinical cases, interpret lab results, and build differentials — powered not just by an LLM, but by a dedicated, up-to-date veterinary research base.
No. Terav is a clinical decision-support assistant. It structures information, interprets lab results, and suggests differentials and next steps — but it doesn't diagnose or prescribe treatment. Every clinical decision stays with you.
PDFs and photos of lab reports in common formats (JPG, PNG). Terav supports results from IDEXX, Antech, and most other labs. If the report contains a table of values, Terav will read it and check it against reference ranges.
Terav uses a RAG architecture: answers are built from relevant excerpts in a database of peer-reviewed literature. This reduces the risk of unfounded answers — every response is grounded in specific, up-to-date scientific sources.
The main focus is small companion animals — cats and dogs. The knowledge base also covers birds, rabbits, rodents, reptiles, and ferrets. Coverage for large animals and livestock is currently limited.
Early access means using the product from day one, helping shape its development, and joining Terav's private professional community — with clinical case reviews, peer discussion, and direct dialogue with the team.
Terav is currently free during early access. We'll give advance notice if that changes. The first 90 users get a guaranteed free period of 90 days.

THE TERAV COMMUNITY

More Than Early Access:
A Seat in the Professional Conversation
